Expectations were low given the price. Rooms are shoddy but at least the beds seemed clean (we weren't planning to use the shower). Service is horribly slow. About 30 minutes to check in...4 groups in line, 1 attendant. Non English speaking bus driver to airport. LONG wait on airport pickup despite multiple calls (b.s. when they say 15-20 minutes... Triple that!). Would NOT stay again.

If I could give this facility negative stars I would. My service dog was denied entry because they believed he was a pet and not an actual medical alert service dog. My service animal stayed in the car for 3 nights in low 40 weather. The second night of my stay I did have a diabetic episode that could have been prevented, had I been allowed my service dog. When I tried to renew my stay I was actually denied service and accused of having my service animal in the room and was charged a $150 fee/ fine. I am disputing those charges and have reported this facility for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act. Do not recommend this place as the wifi frequently kicked off and while the rooms would have been serviceable it was greatly ruined by the service. I spoke with the assistant manager Michelle Bishop about my situation when I first checked in and she refused my service animal and then denied me service when I tried to renew the room. This facility has been reported to the police and the civil liberties union as well as the federal agencies governing the ADA adherance.
