We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage lender than Mike Guild, especially as first-time homebuyers. He was great to get along with. We just bought our first home in Lake Forest Park, Seattle, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We're so glad our realtor put us onto Mike Guild because he was the perfect lender for a first-time homebuyer. He broke all the industry jargon down into language we could understand to really grasp how the FHA loan program works! Whenever we had questions, Mike was readily available and always quick to get back to us, no matter how simple or complicated the question. He's such a nice guy and was very happy to run different numbers and scenarios for us, which was the most helpful factor in making the right decision.
