I highly recommend Sean and his team for your next refinance. My situation was complicated and after meeting Sean, he was able to provide a plan, expedite my refi quickly and kept my wife and updated each week on the process. Sean was an absolute pleasure to do business with he made sure that any and all questions that I had were answered understood the severity and time restraints that we were under to get approved for home. If there was one thing that I could say most impressed me about him was the fact that at the beginning of the process he understood my sense of urgency and reassured me that he would not be wasting my time nor his time when it came to this process, that if he got me pre-approved then we were going to get a loan and he would stop at nothing to make sure that that happened.

Sean, Courtney and Tom are the best financing/mortgage team that I have ever worked with. From start to finish the level of communication was amazing, they briefed me on the process and felt like I knew where we were throughout the entire loan. They educated me on options, took time to explain everything, break down numbers and instill a sense of confidence that I was making the proper choices with interest rates and so on. I would never plan on using anyone else than their team for anyone future real estate transactions that I will be making. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family as well!
