Very poor. Very disrespectful people work here I was kicked out with service animal. I was told I can only have one service animal I was never told that before. Was talked to very rusty by staff. So disrespectfed. Called wrong pro nouns. Not nice place. Very disrespectful staff.

I was with Sound Health for about 10 years. I get being a case manager can be stressful and you become burnt out however neglecting your clients is disrespectful. My case managers talked down to me constantly and took their time, almost in spite, when I had suicidal ideations. I lived at the pods for the duration of my time with them, Sound sold the building and without regard for me neglected to tell me. I wound up homeless, not being able to wrap my mind around my current situation, I spiraled and was arrested. How dare them be so callous without even mentioning to me the building had been sold. I lost everything I had worked for, my clothes, computer, all of my makeup and art work! I trusted the wrong people. It was an overall traumatic life for ten years. I have found better help outside the rigamore of thoughtless people.
