The website for this place talks a big game about being a small neighborhood business that actually cares about customers, but nope. Every time Ive been here, the man who works here has been incredibly brusque, bordering on rude. Id rather just go to USPS and deal with some extra inconvenience than feel stressed about unpleasant interactions here. Id suggest you do the same, especially if youre a POC (or care about that).

Had the worse experience ever! The guy that works there is not only incompetent but also racist and rude! He was very condescending the whole time I was there. I asked him if my priority mail was going out the same day to which he said with an attitude , if you want to take it yourself go ahead..it was a simple yes/no question he didnt have to give me an attitude like that. Also I noticed the zip code he entered was incorrect and when I asked him to fix it, he said, it auto populates. Do u even understand me. He yelled do you even understand me like three or four times. I was in shock..I left with my documents, took it somewhere else where they had no issue entering the correct zip code. Avoid this place at all costs like the previous person said especially if you are a POC!

They lost a $3,500 bracelet. I just got off of the phone with the owner of Eastlake Mail. They called me about a month ago and left me a voicemail saying my package had been returned to them. I was traveling and called a week later. The woman on the phone said she couldnt find it, but would call me back when she did. There was a $3,500 bracelet inside. I had not heard back and called again a week later. Again, they couldnt find the package, and would call me back when they did. I did not hear back and called again just now. The owner immediately got aggressive with me and said he didnt have the package and never had the package. I told him his employee called me and left me a voicemail saying that she had the package there. He then proceeded to tell me that he didnt know she called, it wasnt his fault that she called, and that they didnt have the package. He said that whatever they received was not substantive and would have been thrown out. I explained again that there was a $3,500 bracelet inside. He said there was no bracelet inside, but he didnt have the package. I asked why they open packages which are returned, and he said they dont. I asked how he knew the bracelet was not inside, and he again said because there was nothing substantive inside. He then said that they open packages to find identifying information even though they had the label. Funny part is, I purchased the shipping through them. According to the owner, after a package sits there forever (less than a week), they throw it away. They also do and do not open packages which are returned to them. They also have rogue employees who leave voicemails about packages they have in their hand, which are lies? And they do it without the owners approval? woof. Ok. He said I could sue him not sure why. Was super aggressive which made me get angry. Offered no help, no accountability, and contradicted himself the entire time. Apparently Im out $3,500? Woof. Be careful.
