Came in at 5pm on a Monday. The retail was closed even though they should have been open until 6pm. No sign about altered hours.

There's no onsite parking even if you're renting a uhaul. Terrible service, the manager, Julie, said none in Seattle have on-site parking. The one in Ballard does
