Raffi is incredibly kind, helpful and a master of his craft! I needed two wedding rings resized and one of them shanked, and had gotten some seemingly astronomical quotes from other jewelers around town. Raffi walked me through his process, laughed at the previous quotes with me, and was able to resize and shank the wedding rings plus two additional rings in less than a week. He even confirmed that a family ring I had always wondered about was in fact a real diamond. Its apt that hes a jeweler, because hes a real Gem!

Raffi is amazing, he helped me design a new band for my engagement ring and was able to bring my vision to life, made recommendations that worked well for what I wanted, and even went above and beyond to get it back to me on a Sunday before I went on a trip. Very easy to work with an reasonably priced compared to some of the other places that quoted me.

Siamonto was one of the only jewlery stores in Seattle that would resize my ring in less than 2 weeks. Most companies have to send the ring to their manufacturer for resizing, which increases the turnaround time. Siamonto does it in their store, so it only takes 2-4 days. Not only was Siamonto quick, they were also very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
