Going into the store I was very intrigued by the decor and products but to my dismay one of the employees Gena or Jenna I cant remember her name ruined my experience. Her customer service was terrible and she left me with an unpleasant experience due to her snarky attitude. Might I add they should not be allowing employees to dress the way she does. Absolutely not work appropriate at all. Very disappointed.

The pandemic has impressed upon us that life is very fragile and yet our community is strong. The owners, John and Frances, brought this delightful shop into existence through their combined vision and love. Click! breaths an air of beauty, care, joy, uplift. Where we choose to shop and how we keep economy strong IS by intentionally shopping at and supporting our local businesses. Click! makes a concerted effort to not only support local artists and USA-created work - and so we all have the power of where to spend our money: locally. Click! has embodied that tired-out word of pandemic survival - "pivot" - and offers a great online service. YES we can choose where we shop online (literally a Click!), supporting local business (go Seattle), and that also means local employment (what's not to love).
