I don't think it's possible to leave a review for the company as a whole, but let me warn you DO NOT get Xfinity! Once they lock you in a contract, they don't give a lick about you. They only care about getting your money and leaving you with surprise charges! The customer service number you have to call will transfer and transfer and transfer you to literally 6-7 different people and then just brush off all your concerns when you explain it to them. It takes forever too, worse than calling DSHS

1 is the lowest star, or else I would have given 0. This location is the worst store I have ever been to. The representatives simply wants to kill time and keeps playing mobile games. I visited the store three times and tried to resolve my issue with customer care as well. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it resolved and had to switch to AT&T. I had two mobile lines and a Wi-Fi connection. The discounts offered in the beginning disappeared without any information. Stay far away from Comcast.

Returned my equipment 3 months ago, and the lady told me i will get a confirmation email. And she didnt do her job and I ended up having to pay for it still without using the service at all. Do you go to work ALSEEP or what.
