They're the perfect internet provider, review after 2.5 years. They tick every box I could want, great speed, reasonable and consistent price, fantastic uptime, clear communication on holidays and maintenance, and really fast turnaround every time I've had to open a ticket. They give me the thing I've always wanted out of an ISP in that I have great service and I simply never have to think about it.

Im a new customer who trying to contact sales and tech team to get my service set up. I already called a branch of times for four days. No one is answering my call or the form I submitted on line. Im not even starting to use the internet. The start is this hard, and I cannot image how hard it will be after using the service. Update: I got call back from Atlas Network. They set up my network. -1 star for previous hard communication experience.

I had Atlas internet for the past couple of years at my apartment and the service has been exceptional. I only had one or two outages and they were fixed quickly. Customer service is also great; they are quick to respond and handle any issues. Sadly I had to move to a new building where Atlas isnt available and the drop in quality was noticeable almost instantly when switching to Astound Broadband . I dropped them after not being able to access internet for like 3 days straight. Now I have xfinity and Im paying double what I paid for the same speed with Atlas .
