Beautiful suites and all service was quick kind attentive. The room was very spacious and quiet and made me wish we were staying for more than just one night. The location was perfect for our event we attended as well as many shops and food venues. We will for sure be making this hotel our go to when traveling into the city.

everything about this hotel is extremely unprofessional. they overbooked their entire hotel and are STILL booking people even though they dont even have any rooms. since it was overbooked they didnt even have ANY rooms clean until almost the end of the day, didnt realize that it takes 4 hours to clean a 100 square feet room. ive never had to wait that long to get a room in my entire life and ive been to a plethora of hotels across the country. even their employees seem fed up with their management, different employees constantly complained about it VOCALLY in front of guests and i can hear everything that theyre saying we need a better team i should have clocked out today and on top of that they gave me a room key card that doesnt even work so they tried again and gave me 10 more keys that still didnt work! until they realized that the room is broken or something. the entire door is jammed and the battery doesnt work. so i spent over an hour trying to get into my room and none of the concierges could get me in either. i spent more time in the lobby than in my damn room! the front desk concierge said that he would discount me for all my troubles all to find out that was just a lie, and was never discounted. quite literally the worst hotel ive ever been too in my life. the only perk is the rooms are pretty decent, so stay here at your own risks!
