Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle Downtown/Convention Center

I've been here four nights and despite asking for my room to be cleaned three times from three different people, it hasn't been touched. I've been at a conference so I haven't been in the room, nor have I indicated I didn't want housekeeping. I'm stuck in a room with used damp towels and an unaired, unmade bed.

Very convenient to convention center and theater. Sheets are a bit rough though once you get to sleep you don't notice it. Kitchenette is handy for longer stays. Walkability: Half mile to pike place area, Busses are five blocks away which will take you anywhere in the greater Seattle area.

Update: Changing my review because of the prompt response by management. They researched and assured me that this doesnt represent them. Im a huge fan of Marriott brands and they gave built up some credit with me, so I hope this is true. Not the attention and quality Ive come to expect from Marriott. Megan the breakfast leader claimed that they didnt have mayonnaise in the kitchen. A kitchen that serves a sandwich and burger at lunch. This of course doesnt make sense to anybody. I think its clear she couldnt be bothered to move some mayonnaise from the 64oz tub they have into a small cup for me. Very disappointing lack of customer service.
