Best Western Seattle Airport Hotel

Excellent maid and food service. Rooms: They are always cleaning and upgrading. Food & drinks: They have a cafe for breakfast. Beverage n snacks machines in hallways too.

Stayed a week. I wasn't happy about the stink bugs I found on window. Older hotel, but room was decent. Elevator broke down. House keeping was good to me. I had price raised twice when re booking, but wasn't informed of increase. As a rewards member plus I'm a senior, I would hope you take care of me

I absolutely love this place, front desk staff was very professional and my main concern was that since this was a older hotel that it would smell like cigarette smoke and she said absolutely not and if it did I needed to come directly to her and tell her so she can take care of the problem. I lost my luggage at the airport and she was just so understanding and explain to me how I could get a lower rate if I say the next two days which I need to. I don't leave a lot of reviews just because I feel like it's not necessary but today I really felt it was necessary to highlight how nice this hotel is and how clean it is. I passed by the housekeeping stuff as they were cleaning the rooms and didn't get a peek at what they we're doing but once I looked at my room I realized that they did clean thoroughly! I have the fear of disgusting remotes as I found one and a really nice hotel one time and it looks like they clean the remotes thoroughly and most touch surfaces extremely thoroughly. All I ask is for it clean bedding so I don't get something disgusting and everything else needs to just be clean, it could be old as heck but as long as it's clean. I'm supposed to be going to forks later this week for spring break with my son and three rivers hotel is supposed to be my next destination and they sound amazing and they have amazing reviews so I will leave reviews for that as well. I used to live in Tacoma so I know how it's South Seattle can be and the strip but it's changed so much and it's so much more quiet it seems the further you go south so it took them a few years but they really seem to have nailed the ruckus problem.
