        I have had a very bad experience with Gustav at front desk. he seems very rude and maybe he is the manager or at least acted like one. One way or the other, customer has to feel welcome and attended to. The one day interaction I had with Gustav really shattered my whole experince with this hotel. I went at front desk last night twice and they quoted me to pay half price of $120 to check out late at 6 PM. I went there this morning for confirmation and spoke to rude Gustav who seems to not care even when the note was written in the system from the previous night with the half price quoted. it is not about the money but the customer service attitude he had. I will never use Hilton again. This was my first stay at Hilton and definitely worse experience compared to Marriott. this is the experience I am left with as I plan to leave Seattle Washington. definitely will not use Hilton in the future based on this experience.
