Expertly installed a large TV in a difficult location

They were willing to install my provided mount. They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time and charged a good price. They paid very close attention to cable management, and the final product looks great. They also made sure the TV/audio worked before leaving. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely call them first when I need something else done!

Was looking for a couple ethernet drops to be added in my home. At first Julian was rather responsive, and eventually we had Ryan scheduled to come out and see what could be done. At that visit, instead of doing any work at all, Ryan took a ton of pictures, charged me $148 on the spot, and said they'd get back to me with clear options. I waited days; nothing. I waited a week; nothing. I called Julian, didn't get through, left a message. Emailed Julian. He eventually called me, not understanding the situation; clearly there was some miscommunication between him and Ryan. They took a few more days to confer, and then Julian emailed me a quote of $800+ for two fairly standard wiring drops, with no clear reasoning on the price, and a lot of hand-waving. I expressed disappointment, and Julian seemed confused about why. I chose not to work with them after this experience. I'd recommend others look elsewhere.
