Technician arrived earlier than expected which was a plus and quickly installed mounting and tv and was courteous.

The technician was very capable and resolved all of our problems in short order. He was willing to spend whatever time was necessary to get us out of the woods and make sure that things were working well before he left. I would use this service again.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give a negative star I would. I requested a service in mid-June that specifically did not include an annual membership because I didn't need the service beyond that date. For some reason, they had signed me up for an annual membership. Since then, I've been charged July 15th, August 15th and September 15th and I've called on all those days to complain about getting a refund and "cancelling" said membership I never intended to sign up for. I'm not sure why this issue is taking so long to resolve or that I can't resolve this online. This is some shady business practice and I don't intend to use this Company or recommend them in the future.
