Total scammer- I needed 2 rectanglulaar pieces of glass for the top of my aquarium. The guy quoted me $65 apiece! I went a couple of blocks up the road and got them for $16 each- $35 for both. I am so grossed-out.

Frank and Steve were wonderful to work with! We had an emergency need for a new patio door and they promptly came to our house to take a look and give us a quote. Communication was clear from the beginning, they showed up on time with a friendly and positive attitude, prices were very reasonable. I hired HH to build a custom studio window with 2 double pane pieces of glass. I was told that they have build studio windows before and would be no problem. I was also told that since it was an interior window, that moisture wouldn't be a problem. Well, moisture ended up being a problem. I called and texted Frank several times over the course of several weeks. He promised to come out to discuss a solution, but never did. After weeks of blowing me off, I ended up hiring another company to open the window and place descants inside, which only took them an hour. I expected more from a $5k window and Frank.
