    We had an awful experience at this Crate and Barrel and the manager Jason. We got a duplicate gift as part of our registry (another issue) and brought it to this Crate and Barrel to return. Jason mistakenly returned the gift to the credit card of the gift giver while handing us an empty gift card. A week later when we tried to use the gift card and realized the mistake we were told that there was no way to fix this and that we had no way to get the cash back.

    Micah went above and beyond for a special made nightstand we had ordered. It took longer than expected with delays. We were unable to fit the nightstand in our vehicle when it was ready for pickup. With no hesitation Micah offered to deliver itWow that is a rare gesture nowadays it seems. We are very grateful for Micah and his OUTSTANDING customer service!!! He truly made our day. Thank you Micah Carol & Nikki Brown

    First time at this store. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the quality for the price of the items I bought was good. I purchased an organic cotton duvet cover, 3 different sized serving bowls and tray. The duvet cover cost around $120 and was very well made, the porcelain tray was from China and the bowls were made in Indonesia, the Chinese made tray had a few tiny blemishes in it, but not enough for me to bother taking it back. I wish they had a store closer to us (Kitsap Peninsula)

    Very uncomfortable experience while my fianc and I were in the store to browse and add items to our wedding registry. While we were shopping one employee had asked us if we needed help with anything. We explained we were just looking around and didnt need help but if we did we would let them know. As we continued on with scanning and adding items to our registry. We noticed that they were following us around the section of the store we were in. It was subtle at first but after they continued to ask if we needed help as well as following us around and hovering literally less then 10 feet from either of us at any given moment.The weird following and hovering was consistent and continuous for almost 15 minute we literally had to flee to the glassware to get this employee to stop following us. What was suppose to be a fun and memorable evening of talking about our wedding and registry was turned into an anxiety ridden night being followed around and babysat by an employee while we were just trying to have a happy moment as a couple. Honestly dont know if this weird behavior was because we were queer or if it was because we dressed too cozy casual for their prejudice. It was made very clear by this employee that they believed that we didnt belong in this store. We will be continuing our shopping online or at a different location. Honestly just do better and have a less prejudice mindset.
