Lundwick and Brown Hardwood Floors

This was the third project Lundwick and Brown has done for me. First they built oak heating vent covers to replace the bent metal ones, in my Craftsman. They also laid oak in my kitchen and buffed and recoated the rest of the floors in my house. This project was just a buff and recoat of the kitchen, which had taken a beating from a tenant. Large or small project, they bring the same level of attention and expertise.

Had our kitchen floors refinished at the same time lacing in new hardwood into the family room. Jeff did an amazing job and your can't tell the new from the 30 year old floors. They all look brand new! They were prompt, courteous and very professional. The quality of work is outstanding. I highly recommend them! And they are reasonably priced too!

I left two messages before I got a response. An appointment was set up and they never showed up. This used to be a good company. It appears to no longer be the case.

They just finished laying new red Oak hardwood in our living room, dining, and family rooms, plus a patch in the half bath where the floor was partially destroyed by a leaking water heater in the garage. The patched area is not visible. I can't say enough good things about the quality of the work that they did. And, they accommodated our being able to live in the house as the work was being done. This saved us a many dollars. money
