I cannot express the satisfaction with professionalism that I have experienced with the Artisan Hardwood Floor company. The honesty, timeliness, and the professional work and communication that I have experienced with this company has been amazing. I had them do my hardwood floors about ten years ago, and I am just as satisfied as the day they put them in. I recently had Artisan Hardwood Floor company do my parents' hardwood floors and they too look amazing. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right in a timely manner. Also, they can do more than just hardwood floors, they are capable of putting in pretty much whatever floor you want. I have had three different types of flooring done by this company. One full hardwood floor install, floors sanded and furnished and waterproof laminate installed. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

We first used the services of Artisan Hardwood Floors about 20 years ago in our own home. Their work was professional and beautifully done. We reached out to them just a few weeks ago for another project. Mike was the same very responsive and professional business owner he was all those years ago. He came out provided a quick estimate and scheduled his team for the following week. They arrived on time and finished on time and the floors are beautiful. Artisan Hardwood Floors is terrible. The quality of the performance was terrible. He had promised something that he couldn't perform. We have Engineered Hardwood Flooring through out our home which sustained some water damage on one spot. He promised he will remove part of the existing flooring from our storage unit, to repair the damage area so the flooring color and pattern would match. The damaged area are 4 pieces of 2-3 feet engineering hardwood. He asked for $1,200 for the repairing. By the time, the flooring is done, he didn't use the original engineered hard wood under the storage unit as promised to match the existing. He used the remanence wood from his job sites to repair the damage. The repairing result was unmatched patterns and colors from the rest of the house. I also had him to repair the damaged cabinet flooring under the sink, all he did was to tape a piece of paper and charged for $150. Service: Repair flooring
