The Target itself is very convenient. We like it very much and prefer the pharmacy over others in Ballard. But, the LADY that works in the PARKING GARAGE is TERRIBLE! She insulted my wife because she misplaced her parking ticket. My wife had a parking voucher with her from the pharmacy, but the lady wouldn't let us out and there was a car behind us. She berated my wife before finally letting her out. This is the 2nd time she was rude to us...we're not going back there again, that woman is the worst!
