        Just say NO to online orders, unless you are willing to pay for nothing. This seems to be a pattern with them (reading through other reviews). I ordered several items, did not receive one of them and was denied a refund. I noticed the return label on the USPS box came from the second point in the delivery process, which makes me wonder how and why? Could the item have gone missing from point 1 to point 2? I am fairly certain they are in violation of FTC protocols and have filed a complaint. They provide no proof of their so called policies or processes to confirm they actually checked. I'm not sure how the customer is expected to pay for a lot item when they have little control over the shipping process. In the meantime, they have lost another customer and Nordstrom has only gained more of my disposable income.
