The worst service I have ever received, they treated us like thieves and the people are bad service and don't want to do anything anymore, they gave me some clothes and the people told me that I had to fix them and put the clothes back but in a bad way I don't recommend it no go to that place if you don't want to have a bad time

Its absurd that it is 2024 and the place is still limiting how many people can be in the store. Will never go to this location again.

The worst customer service, wasted 1 hour of my time today. The line was long yet there was only one Cashier. Two employees just chatting in the corner while all this was happening, no at all.

"I am deeply concerned to observe racial profiling occurring at this store, particularly targeting its black and brown customers, and it needs to cease immediately. As someone who grew up in the Jim Crow South, I am extremely surprised to witness such overt racism in Seattle. During my visit on November 4, 2023, to purchase a pair of socks for a night out, being a recent transplant to Washington state, this was my inaugural trip to a department store in the city, and yet I was treated as though I were a common criminal. The Asian security guard stationed at the entrance stopped me and instructed me to look up at the security cameras, essentially subjecting me to what felt like a perp walk. Typically, I avoid department stores due to the prevalent racial profiling by security and staff. Having been raised in the Jim Crow South, I cannot recall ever being stopped and photographed upon entering a store. Seattle, Washington, evidently has a race problem, which I believe stems from the lingering effects of the Jim Crow era. Both Asian and white Americans in this city openly display racist attitudes toward people of color. The fact that Washington is considered a 'blue state' is not reassuring to me, as historically 'blue' states such as Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama were also bastions of racism before the Republican Party's implementation of the Southern strategy to court votes from racist white Americans."
