Neighborcare Health at Pacific Tower

WOW it doesn't get any worse than this place. They gave me a filling that protudes from the tooth and they are billing me above and beyond what my insurance already paid them!!!! Poor quality work and shady billing practices.

Terrible rude front staff. If you are 5 minutes late, they will cancel your entire appointment, even if you already paid. Next opening is always 2 months later. Not sure how this place makes money if they continue cancelling everyones appointments. 1. They use medical students/interns to do procedures on you. You are not made aware until you are in the facility. Basically free work while the owners collect high insurance premiums. 2. Front staff does not help with billing and always you redirects you to a billing phone number (which is never attended). Blame/responsibility is always shifted to someone else who is never there.

I have come here twice, once for an emergency appt as I have a metal bar across my lower teeth (permanent retainer) I opted to keep it after one side had the dental glue fail, they got me in the next day that the clinic was open and I received great care. I had a filling done as well recently and received excellent care- the dentist I saw sadly isnt at this clinic anymore but everyone involved from front desk staff to dental assistants were top notch. Maybe I just got lucky but I definitely recommend this place

Been calling for the past 3 days, no one will answer in dental area. Very poor services. Update: 03/26/2024 Waited months for a denture, finally went through the 7AM process and then got an appointment to pick it up. It didn't even fit and they wanted to redo the whole paste in the mouth thing that gives me horrible gag reflex so I got up and left. It seems nearly impossible to get anything done, especially if you have Medicaid then they really take advantage. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible 2 years trying to get my teeth done from them. It was much nicer in 2020, now it seems like they do not care about much when it comes to dental. Very disappointed in their services. No longer will chose NeighborHealth Pacific Tower as an option. Horrible experience today. If you don't have much time to spare please I recommend finding another dential office.
