This is a top of the line orthodontist and doctor Payton is really professional. The girls that work with doctor Payton are great too. I had my braces for two years and have a great smile after the removal of braces. Just wanted to say thanks with a positive review.

I have had my braces for a little over a year and so far my experience here has been top-notch. They really get everything right. Dr. Peyton always takes takes the time to discuss what will be done as well as the pros and cons of each decision. Outside of my braces I have a few other dental complications and Dr. Peyton and his staff have been fantastic in helping me work around these issues. The entire team is very, very nice. I really appreciate them. When I had a non-orthodontic dental emergency over a holiday weekend, they were available and supportive by phone. They also offer payment plans which makes the expense more manageable. I would give Des Moines Orthodontics the highest possible recommendation.
