I went here to make a deposit but they don't take cash??? I thought that is what a bank was. I tried to open my baby an account here but we just waited for 45 minutes and then they told us they didn't have anyone available to do it because it would take 1hr 30mins. Who knows why. Go to the downtown branch if you need anything other than an ATM.

I like having a branch close by, with ATMs that are part of my other credit Union's network.

Its a bank thats closed on Mondays. Monday...no banking on a Monday!

Their ATM frequently malfunctions. This has previously been merely an annoyance, but last night it ate my card due to an error in the machine. I went into the branch with verification that my account is fine from my credit union and proof of identity. They told me a 3rd party runs their machines and there is no process or possibility of retrieving lost cards, which unfortunately happens all the time. It's appalling that it's even legal to operate like that, and a clear indicator of lack of organizational accountability to customers.
