        Joined when it was Seattle Telco in 1999...they just get worse and worse...unbearable the last 8 years...I don't rely on any of their services. I keep a minimal amount for a credit report data point. Every once in a while I have to do something with them and they never fail to disappoint.

        They refused to open up a bank account for me because my utilities is included in the rent. I have never heard of such a thing.

        I was obligated to take out an auto loan with this credit union at a dealership when I bought my car a couple years ago. It’s easily been one of the most obnoxious places I’ve had to bank with in my life. Their website is horrible and unusable, their phone customer service is mediocre, and they have lots of pointless admin fees and arbitrary rules around what you can and cannot do. One of the best parts about paying off my loan early, is that I no longer have to deal with this place. Buyer beware.
