Absolutely horrible experience! Hours on hold and several days before I even talked to a loan officer only find out their online information wasnt accurate. I am sorry because there are nuances even if that wasnt the case getting ahold of an actual person is near impossible. Avoid this bank if at all possible wouldnt trust them with my kids piggy bank.

I banked with this bank for years and I've decided that I wanted to open up a credit card with them that was the wrong thing to do because their service really is no good they have no one to answer phones they have nobody to call anyone back and they want so many questions I don't understand why they just don't pull your credit report I have no problem with that but they seem to not want to. Then they do it some shady way. long story short I'm closing all my accounts with them and moving to a different bank. If you want a credit card you might as well just go somewhere else because in the end you end up without anything and a headache.
