Chris from Portal was so nice. What I appreciate about this business is that they are true to serving all jobs including small jobs. They answered the phone and took the time to chat with me. They also did not over charge for the job. I had gotten other bids for this same job that were charging 3x what they charged. Portal is great. I highly recommend working with them for your big and small cement jobs.
