Robbins and Co did a foundation and drainage inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. Katie did our scheduling and was very kind and patient, and helped us get in to the schedule even on a very tight timeline. Austin did our inspection and he was amazing! Very thorough, knowledgeable, and talked us through a variety of options at different price points. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I really appreciate the honestly. Not to mention the friendly and knowledgable advice from Austin. He came all the way out to Vashon to have a look at our house. Our house does have some noticeable settling that hasn't been a concern until I noticed a few new nail pops in the drywall and started thinking back to a leaky dishwasher we had repaired when we first moved in years ago - but never addressed the water damage to the joists and possible foundation problems. In the end, after Austin's inspection with his fancy laser tool, Austin assured me that there was nothing major to be concerned about. I was ready with my check book to compensate him for his time and the ferry fare but he insisted that he could not accept any payment as he was not going to recommend any foundation work at all. Friendly, no BS. Thanks Robbins & Co!
