Professional and but was short staffed. They got to me within a half hour.

So this review is for the store.
To validate my review,
1) check the metro pcs website about a phone on a good offer and inquire about the same in store, they will instantaneously mention its out of stock and will probably be back on thursday.
2) Just call the store and they would never pick the call ( you can do this on weekday, weekend, non peak hours, least busy hours, whenever )
3) leave a message at the end of the call to the recorder and you will still never hear back
4) Visit the store and they say its going busy, hence they couldnt pick up the call but its always empty
Metro had a good port in offer, But caveat being you need to go to a store for the process.
I called up the customer care to inquire about the same, and they mentioned this store had the phone in stock. I got on a call with my current provider for like an hour to get my port out information (which is only valid for 7 days unfortunately), went all the way to the store (about 30 mins away) only to hear the phone is out of stock and will be back on thursday. I tried calling them multiple times on thursday/friday/saturday but no response. I went to the store again and guess what, they said that there is a delay and that it will probably come on the coming thursday. This happened every week between 4th june to 2nd july, ive been there 4 times only to see my time wasted and getting turned down. Sick and tired of the lack of regard for a potential customer who is showing commitment to join them. I only wonder how the service would be post joining.

Metro by T- Mobile is the phone service you been looking for. I have been with Metro for about 4 years and yes i love it i never no problems with my phone or there customer service. I always pay my bill the metro pcs by T- Mobile at the downtown seattle on 3rd and they are great to me they never give any problems. For there review rates i would to give them a five star rating for there reviews. You should try to change your phone service too you, will be happy just like me. Have fun!

Awesome service. Dush helped me purchase an upgraded phone on a payment plan! My phone is so old I feel like it took forever but he was very patient and helpful the whole time! Ali helped the line that grew because my switch was taking a hot moment. I am now an owner of an iPhone after 6+ years with android.
