        Went in to inquire about setting up an account. The empoloyee who helped us was untrained and should not have been running the store alone. He had to facetime diferent people to help him figure out what buttons to press on the ipad multiple times throughout the process. After 1.5 hours and conflicting answers about the plans that the sales associate gave us, we decided to NOT set up an account with them asked for our info that was shared to be deleted then left. A few hours later I recieved an email that I had a new AT&T business account set up. Its been difficult to get this cancelled. I would recomend avoiding this store.

        Kyle did a great job of helping me transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone when I experienced issues due to an update that wasnt going through on the new phone. He saved the day when I wasnt able to send or receive phone calls or text messages. He was patient with me and very knowledgeable.
