        I'm at T-Mobile store right now at SW Roxbury at Delrige st in Seattle there are 5 people here waiting on one person working..I don't like this..I'm pissed

        Jahine is great. He is very professional and patient. He answered all my questions and could not have been better and easier to work with. Very thankful that I switched over to T-Mobile. I was on the fence with changing phone services, but this could not have been an easier process. Thank you to everyone working at the store for making this as smooth as possible.

        After 4 years, I decided it was time for a new iPhone and Jahine made it so easy! He showed excellent customer service and was patient despite me forgetting a lot of my information. The transaction was fast and easy. Highly recommend this location!
