        Went in today to upgrade my phone and was assisted by Joel. He was patient, helpful, and very informative. On top of providing laughter out of what normally can be a tedious experience, he also helped save a couple bucks on my plan. Thanks, Joel!

        The sales associate thought I would simply agree to his proposed nonsense. When I began asking questions of through put and mentioning my actual data usage he persisted to tout some outrageous and impractical plan. His frustration was such that he actually wrote on my finger with his pen while I was pointing to his useless notes and plan description. The nerve! Fun fact...we aren't all dummies.Lost sale due to blatant and insulting lies to an educated consumer. Shame.
