I like the service at this one I went to the one in Federal Way and was not happy with the service there.

They tinted my windows on my truck. That night some low life broke into my truck making me have to replace the window. I went back expecting that cause it's a business they will say sorry that happen but still charge full price. When I got in and told them what happen. The tech said "that sucks." Then said to redo the window will be only one hour of labor. Then knocked a decent price off my alarm/dash cam system. Today they are installing the tint, dash cam and alarm system. (4/10/2024). I'll update after I receive my vehicle back.

Really friendly, efficient service. I dont write reviews normally but I had probably the worst customer experience of my life at the Bellevue Car Toys, and I was really worried it would be the same here. It was not at all. They were super kind and changed my opinion of Car Toys in general

I purchased a high end Receiver for my motorhome last December. Since I've only driven it once a month to keep it charged, I initially didn't notice a few bugs. I did not purchase the extended warranty, but due to my circumstances, the Manager of the store, Austen Bradbury, has continued to work with me. They have been wonderful, have earned my future business, and I would highly recommend purchasing your next "car toy" from them!

Recently had a backup camera and Sirius XM Radio installed in my 2007 FJ! The guys at Car Toys explained my options, and had all the work done ahead of schedule. My vehicle was spotless. Definitely impressed by the quality of work.
