Sigh, super bummed. I hate to have to leave a review like this for a place I have be been a loyal customer to for over a decade. I was having them charge up two yellow top batteries for a small overland rental company I own. Came back to pick them up, and the batteries were not there. After trying to get a resolution through the store, manager and the district manager for a few weeks, they finally came to me with a buy one, get one free solution. I run my own business, if I would have lost a customers equipment, without hesitation, I wouldve replaced it. To me, its bananas this is the solution they offered me. I feel replacing equipment you were responsible for is pretty standard across the board. The store is fairly disorganized and somewhat poorly run as far as I can tell. But for auto parts, Im more concerned with them having my part and customer service. Sadly, I feel this disorganization is part of the reason my batteries probably went to somebody else. Its just a really disappointing way to have somebody lose your property and not replace it.

Rt credit on batteries. They unloaded 6 batteries for us, and gave us credit. Always seem to have what we need and want. Great customer service!
