        A new employee (who was in training) assisted me in making an international wire transfer. The amount was deducted from my account, and the person never received it. Not sure whom to trust, but the new employee looked like she didn't know what she was doing, she also gave me some letter which she was supposed to keep, she asked me to return it, but I didn't bother to return. I was expecting the bank would either complete wire transfer or not deduct from my account... Worst bank I have visited
