This is the worst bank ever the fat lady that's a manger is a snake Cop caller who sends innocent people to jail she is extremely inappropriate sending people to jail for what she thought was for something she is nothing but a gossiping horrible customer service fake england accent Save it why don't u cut down on the clown makeup you plastered on your face. Next time u wanna throw someone in jail get your facts straight.I am have already filed a complaint to Bank of america To see that she and all the people who worked Friday get terminated

I don't know why I am keep being unable to review the service by my email, but I really wanted to say that the person who helped me was soooo kind!! I visited here on Jan 16th exactly 10AM, and I don't know his name but the person who helped me to deposit was professional and great! I really hope this can substitute the feedback email cause I am truly satisfied with his assistance :D

They charge you $8 to get the cash a check. I would never bank through a bank that charges a person to get money from the clients account! BECU doesn't charge me to cash a check.

This bank has the worst service I have ever been involved with. I can never get a hold of anyone to speak with when I have a problem. The University Village bank in Seattle is particularly bad. If I had another chance I would change my account unfortunately I have this with a relative

Alan was the nicest banker Ive ever met. He was super patient and helpful in addressing my questions. Such a positive experience at this BoA.
