Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Asked for a roll of quarters to do laundry since I live across the street. They stated that I would need to have an account with them as security stood right behind me when I first walked in. I said may I open one and she said you need to have money first and it doesn't look like you have any. I said f-u and walked out after they said the manager was on lunch for the next 2 hours.

I do not understand the 2 star rating for this bank. I've been using this branch BofA for about a year. These tellers are all great! The bank is a full service bank and open Saturdays! There is at least one security guard, usually 2, so you know no hanky panky is going down. Really, these bank employees are polite, efficient, and honor my requests. Much better experience than my local BofA on Broadway!
