Even if I received an appointment confirmation to see an apartment after scheduling through their official site, when I arrived they told me they couldnt give me the tour as the agent was taking lunch. Have some decency and dont make lose time to people that are interested in leasing with you.

Pros: The apartments are nice and modern. It's also very convenient to have Victor Tavern and the bagel shop right there within the property. If you work for Amazon, or just loce SLU, this location is hard to beat. The concierge team is amazing and most of the leasing agents are nice. Cons: Greystar is the absolute worst management company in Seattle. Please don't disregard all the reviews about hidden fees, never getting your security deposit back, bad relations with property management, broken elevators, and busted pipes. We aren't exaggerating.

[UPDATE]: Its' been almost 4 months since I wrote the review. After countless calls to Via6 management office and emails, I still haven't received my deposit. I honestly am not sure what goes on in their office. SO DISAPPOINTED!! The location and amenities of the building are great, friendly concierge too. For package deliveries, the building uses Fetch package service where you have to schedule packages to be delivered to your doorstep and ensure you are at home because otherwise consider the package to go missing. I moved out of this apartment complex in January 2023, and it's now September 2023, and I still haven't received my security deposit back. I've reached out to the management multiple times, and they keep telling me that they've sent out the cheque, but I have yet to receive it. The fact that it's taken eight months and counting for a simple cheque to arrive is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that there can be administrative delays, but this level of incompetence and lack of communication is inexcusable.

Great apartment complex! Mir Dost is a great leasing manager. Was super supportive and understanding when I was unable to move into the apartment due to personal conflict. One of the best views of Amazon sphere!
