Illumina Apartment Homes

After residing in this apartment for 4.5 years, my departure only came about due to relocating to a different city. The staff members have been exceptional, the locality is charming, and the manager, Amber, has consistently been helpful and friendly. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this place.

Great views, nice apartments. Amber is a really amazing property manager that does a lot for the community and cares about the residents, and Adan does great and prompt work with maintenance requests.

I love this place, I have been living here for the last 4 years, the management and maintenance are awesome, we have events and community parties. I had a problem with my flooring and they changed all of it without hassle, super responsive. It is nice and quiet (I guess it depends on the immediate neighbors). Booth rooftops are nice and great for spring and summer activities. I love that it is pet friendly, there are dog parks just at the back of the building and it is a wonderful place to have walks, the lake is close so you can take your kayak or use the one that the building offers, the 70 bus stop is right in front of it. There is restaurantes, delies and even food trucks. 10/10 I really recommend it.

Ive lived in Illumina for six years and I love the building and area; everything is well maintained and its been the best apartments Ive ever lived in. Amber at the front desk is great and the maintenance tech Adan always fixes things so fast.

Great location with access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Staff is so helpful, maintenance always happens quickly and is done well. The community is amazing and very dog friendly!
