Weve had a great time moving into Union Park. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful, and maintenance handles requests quickly. Very happy we chose this apartment!

Union Park is a special place to live. The apartments are spacious and have lots of light. The best part of living here is Cristo. Having a maintenance person that is so wonderful makes living her 10 times better. He replies to maintenance tickets in minutes and always knows how to fix (or show me how to use, lol) anything in my apartment. He is also very friendly and is willing to help out with everything, even if it's not his job. He really does make living her so much better.

Jennifer Baumgartner, property manager . . . where to even begin with how awesome she is. I moved from Nashville to Seattle. I don't typically sign leases for units I haven't seen in person, but Jennifer was so great from the beginning that I didn't care. She is thoughtful, kind and understanding. And she knows how to introduce people to their new homes, even if their situation is a bit crazy like mine. As far as the property, also a WOW. Very walkable to anything you could ever want and I also feel safe and secure in the building and neighborhood. Nice courtyard for the dogs and not accessible to the public which is nice if it's after dark! Thanks to Jennifer for helping my personal goal of living in Seattle become a reality. I won't ever forget it.
