The Ayer

Our move-in date is next week, but so far our experience has been phenomenal with the Ayer property management, particularly Nolan. He has been extremely responsive and very accommodating to our various questions/concerns. Having property managers like Nolan definitely makes the process of making a big move effortless. The property is stunning and in a great location. We're both very excited for our move to the Ayer!

Moving to Seattle from another country is stressful, luckily the experience from the management has made it such an easy process. Moving here has been very smooth, thanks to Brandens help. Hes been super knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. We are so grateful to be part of this community This is also probably one of the best buildings we have seen. The Ayer has beautiful amenities, we cant wait to live here.

Im in the process of relocating to Seattle and have been searching for apartments in the SLU area. Apartment hunting from a distance can be challenging, but Branden provided exceptional service by sending me videos of the units I was interested in. Additionally, he was the only agent who followed up with me in a call to discuss my requirements, which left a lasting impression. Although I ultimately didnt choose Ayer due to the requirement of signing a 2-year lease for the lowest possible rate, I was impressed by the apartments interior and its status as a new construction completed in recent years.

This properties business practices are truly disappointing. I strongly advise to stay away from leasing here. I originally inquired in January and took interest in the MFTE options, I went to apply and was unable to due to the propertys website. I asked for a tour to fill out the application in person to which I waited more than a day for a response, and was then told the last unit available was no longer available the day of the tour. I went through an outrageous process to reach the manager of the property to only be met with excuses and backhanded responses for this lack of care from their staff to the point of even being questioned for my attempts to contact their manager as if I was responsible for their careless conduct. Understand this property takes no care of following fair housing laws and treats their interested parties extremely poorly in response to complaints and feedback in regards to customer service. Had I taken interest in a penthouse home, would I have received this same treatment? Of course not. Truly disheartening in this whole ordeal. Please take your money somewhere you are treated well.
