    Great location, always felt safe, staff extremely helpful and friendly, especially Armando. We used several amenities including roof deck (on Eddy), we rented the community room for a family party, and the gym is good. We walked daily to Green Lake and walked partially around it every day. That was a daily highlight. Feed Co. has good burgers. Parking was convenient and secure. Very close to I-5 which is nice. PCC is in the building which very convenient.

    My initial experience with the leasing office was really uncomfortable, but the location and neighborhood amenities are fantastic. When I'd asked why an apartment was offered as a "look and lease" they skirted my more direct question about noise being the cause of high turnover. The particular unit I leased may not have such high turnover if agents were honest about street noise and marketed to night owls and those who work nights, etc. Covid shut the city down and hence all the incredible noise Mon - Sun from 11PM to sometimes 3AM from the country bar was minimized. The leasing agent that provided the uncomfortable experience no longer works there. In fact, an entirely new management company took over. They are organized, communicative, prompt and courteous. No complaints - so this is updated to five stars now. I enjoyed living and would return, just not facing the country bar! ha!
