Ive lived here going on two years. Love it . Nice and quiet. Everything is new the hardwood floors. Stainless steel kitchen and granite countertops. Very close to work and a very easy walk to anywhere and the bus lines.

Have lived here 1 year. Its a silent gem, nothing to look at on the outside but the layout of the front facing apartments have a spectacular view of the city. The greenhouse balcony is amazing. Does get pretty warm in the summer. There is some noise from the freeway but its not bad. Great neighborhood walk score. Apartment company has been quick for fixes. Sadly they are slow to respond re: inquires to be notified when other units are available in the building. Overall, happy to be here.

Just moved in, but wanted to leave a review because how good my experience is and how nice the building is as well. To start Lori the manager has been nothing short of amazing, very communicative, responds promptly and kindly and has been super helpful with the whole process. Also the maintenance man is super kind and fixed a couple of things immediately. As far as the building goes its older but when you get inside you wouldnt know it, its been remodeled and feels very modern, theres a nice lobby and an entrance gate that gets locked at night. Call box that connects to your phone to let people in, or yourself if you get locked out. The elevators quick. The apartment itself is super pretty, recently updated with good quality appliances. Lots of space and the balconies on the south side have a beautiful view of the water. As far as parking theres three different options at three different price points, and garbage is in garage so it doesnt get rummaged through. Long winded review but the new management deserves it!

Lived here for 1 1/2 years, and absolutely hate it. The manager doesn't live on site, and does absolutely nothing to help any tenants, especially if you're a female. We've have homeless people living in the stairwells that he won't do anything about, cameras that have never worked, package theft he told me was just an "inconvenience"(over 80 stolen from all tenants), laundry machines that break once a month (he tells you it's not his job to fix them), and if you ever try to text him about anything wrong, you NEVER get a response. Like I said, especially if you're a female. We have a neighbor who was trying to contact him for weeks, she never heard back, and texted him AGAIN saying "are you getting these?" to which he just says "yeah." DO NOT LIVE HERE.
