Debonair Apartments

The manager was always cracked out when I lived there. Poor apartment conditions. Bathroom/bedroom were moldy and they wouldn't do anything about it. Neighbors were loud and outside area was dirty. My laundry would never fully dry. Only good thing was that it was cheap. I was a young and broke student, so I got what I paid for.

I was shocked to find such an affordable apartment so close to downtown and cap hill. The manager Luben was always very friendly and accommodating. The downsides of no dishwasher or in-unit washer / dryer were something I weighed in my decision to live here, but I don't regret it. Most places nearby were a full $1,000 more a month or felt more run down.

Friendly staff. Fairly priced. Washer and dryer on site, coin operated. Ten minute walk to shopping area downtown. Five minute walk to qfc grocery store.

Great value, and you can't beat the location. The landlord is super friendly and responsive. The management changed a number of years ago and things have drastically improved.
