Worst management ever. They never did or respond to anything I requested. 99% of calls go straight to voice mail except the time when I wanted to renew the lease. The lady that just took over the office is even worse than the previous guy. The way she talks is very mean and offensive. Expect a call back from management only when you take the complaint up to Woodspear LLC. Stay far away from this place if you want a responsive staff and repairs done timely. Please fire her.

Would not recommend living here. The apartment itself was nice until something broke. Trying to get the property manager to do anything or respond to anything was impossible. Oh, and take pictures when you move out. They will try and say you didn't clean when you left the place spotless. Moved out 3 months ago and they just recently decided to give us our deposit back one we threatened to take them to small claims court. Also, our cars were broken into twice in our assigned parking spot so we decided to get a camera and often there was suspicious activity.

I rented at Courtyard for 3 years and getting the landlord on the phone took more than 7 times, he would deny me calling even though I left a message each time. WARNING...don't sign a lease without an email address to keep track of your correspondences. He will deny you ever contacting him if you call. It has been 5 weeks since my lease ended and I have called 10 tens for my deposit, he (Tory) once answered and promised to call me back regarding my deposit he never did. I have sent an email on their website but all in vain. Now I am going to file a claim with the state for my deposit. The landlord is clueless about his obligation to notify the tenant within two weeks about their security deposit. It is so sad because the apartments are beautiful but I have no words for the management. Please rent this place only if you have a working email to the landlord and to the property owner because you will need it.

Please stay away from this apartment. The management is terrible even though the units themselves may look nice. Everything can be working fine but whenever you have a single problem, getting it fixed is a huge hassle. I had several issues while I was there for one year. One of them was a toilet that wouldn't flush without plunging it tirelessly. Normally, you tell an apartment office to look at that, they usually send someone to take care of it. I called in to schedule a maintenance by leaving a voicemail as instructed and I didn't get any response. First, the whole apartment is managed one individual and he's not always around. So, we leave our rent checks in a dropbox at the office. He also instructed that if we have any issues that need attention, we can write a note and put it in the same dropbox. I did that and I didn't get any response after waiting a couple of days. It was now time to pay the rent for a new month, I then wrote him a letter explaining some of the issues that need attention and asking why I'm being ignored. I put the rent check inside this letter just to make sure he reads it. Guess what? The rent check was cashed, but the issues were never addressed. Not even an acknowledgement. One day, I decided to to to work late so that i'll wait till 10AM for him to open up the office so I can speak to him one on one. I confronted him on why he's been ignoring my requests. He apologized and said he will go take a look at it immediately I leave. I left and went to work. When I returned, nothing had changed. No fix and no note to say we're looking into it or something. It was only then I hired a plumber to fix the broken toilet. Another day, I had to go remind him of something he said he was going to fix in my apartment. I couldn't find him in his office so I decided I could just walk up to his apartment since he lived in the complex too. I knocked on the door. A lady (probably his wife) answered and when I told her I was a tenant who needed urgent attention from the manager, she threatened to call the police on me if I don't get away from her door. I have more stories like this. Needless to say, I looked forward to my lease being over and I got the hell out of there. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The apartment will look nice to you. And believe me they do look nice on the inside too for the price. I liked it because it was so convenient, right next to the station, and it was an easy commute to downtown Seattle for work. It was also affordable. BUT it's so poorly managed. It's unbelievable. The way the manager will ignore you will surprise you. Dude could even say yes to your face, apologize and then go right back to ignoring you again without fixing what he just agreed to. Normal humans don't behave like that and that started to scare me. DON'T LIVE HERE.

Lived here for a year. In my experience, the Property Management was awful about responding to maintenance requests or reports of issues in a timely manner. In the time that I stayed there, we had two infestations of ants to which the property manager said "Well, we've tried spraying before" but offered no additional help beyond stating that something ineffective was done in the past. Our dryer broke (the belt or bearings were worn at it no longer spun) and we were given notice that it would take 3-5 days to replace: it took 23 days for him to have it replaced. During this time, he was impossible to get in touch with and did not answer or reply to my attempts to reach him via phone. The price of the place is fine for what it is, but do not expect much from their management.
