Who would have thought that one could say Tino Martinez helped obtain a home mortgage? He is a wonderful lender who has exceptional patience, answering all manner of questions. His underwriting staff works efficiently, allowing us to close a week early. From offer to close was just two and a half weeks. We will continue to keep in contact with him as we have penciled in a future date to explore refinancing. Cant wait until we get another chance to monopolize some of his time.

Tino was absolutely amazing! He saved my purchase for my house! Ian a single mom with two girls and came up with some challenges and he was able to work with my and save my purchase on our dream home. Not only that he was extremely efficient and made sure my experience was painless. I didnt have to reschedule my moving or anything. I recommend him to anyone and everyone looking at buying a home!
