Forward Financial Group, and David Mordue are the best thing that happened to me and my family! Since the moment we started our home buying process with David, we knew we were in the good hands. He started our application, and then put us in contact with a great real estate agent, and they both had a long conversation with us to get to know us more, understand what we wanted, and seek the best home for us. David fought diligently for our appraisal to come on time and it ended up coming back in 6 days . I did not need to worry about anything other than fill out paperwork and sign at the escrow company. They supplied all the forms, they explained what I was signing, and everything was easily done through my email and phone. I will definitely recommend David and his team to any military member seeking to buy a home, with someone you can trust and who cares about you after the transaction!

Had a great experience working with David Mordue and his team for our VA loan for our Kennewick home. They were available in the evenings and on the weekend whenever I had questions and they responded to emails quickly. We were ready to close 6 days earlier than our set closing date. David is top notch and knows what he is doing in all aspects of the loan proces. I've worked with multiple lenders and David is by far one of the easiest mortgage lenders to work with. Our clients even closed early on their home as well!! I can't say enough good things about David and his team and look forward to working with him again!
