Kadlec Cardiac Care

I just wanted to thank everybody in Kadlec ER for always treating my son and me with the best care! ER Dr. David Barber has been a Godsend, the kind of doctor that listens to the patient and the patient's family with care. Dr. Mesick, who took the longest DVT from my son's right leg with expertise. They have saved my son's life! From the wonderful volunteer Marilyn that made us laugh, to the security guard, to the nurses that have attended to us, I just want to say thank you! There are so many other wonderful doctors there and staff, I'm sorry, I wish I could name every single one of you!! And I always go straight to Kadlec Medical Center, some folks have suggested going to TRIOS or Prosser hospital, because it's closer or because "you will wait a long time in Kadlec", nope, I have not experienced any of this. I still take my chances and go straight to Kadlec ER first! And if they can't figure you out, they have a helicopter to send you somewhere else where someone will. I always think of the helicopter, which, have not used yet, and don't think we will, because they have figured it out!! Thank you!!

The nurses were rude and unprofessional and nosy every visit, they always come in and never letting you sleep when you’re staying over night it’s like they hire anyone to work there

I know that the ridiculous covid mandate has created a shortage in staff and the nurses have been stretched thin. My nurses in the cardiac unit were as top-notch as any any that I've ever seen. I have nothing but gratitude for the professionalism and consideration I received in room 4455 Nov. 20 -23, 2021.
